Somehow, you've found out about us or we've found out about you. You are interested in a new stable, cost-effective provider. And we need to know about your company's electricity needs in order to develop the right solution. Either way, the first step is getting to know each other.
If we haven't already, we recommend that you call your local GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA office or fill out the Request a Quote form on this site. The process starts immediately from that point forward. We ask you questions about how your company consumes electricity; how much, when, and in how many locations - and we guide you through the process of obtaining that

information. In some instances, we ask you to release your historical usage data by completing a simple form that allows your utility service to share the specific historic information we need about your company's past electricity consumption. This form is known as a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
It's really up to you. You can take as long as necessary to find the right provider for you. Or, you can proceed quickly and get us the information we need in a matter of hours.
Once certain that we understand your needs and have received your historical usage data, we analyze the data in order to develop an energy solution.

Equipped with knowledge about your company and your historical electricity usage, we then determine the solution that is right for you. Usually, one of our standard energy products (or simple variation) fits your needs. However, a custom product is always an option. We take the time to match our past experience with your individual needs.
Not much. This is when our experts do their homework. We may need to contact you during the analysis, but the major onus is upon us. We may contact you to discuss some ideas, get your thoughts or clarify your needs.

Typically it will only take our experts 2 - 10 days to complete their analysis and move on to the next step. This depends on the number of accounts or meters involved.
When the analysis is complete, we'll be ready to present the product that is right for you and propose a price that meets your budgetary concerns.

Having analyzed the situation, we'll propose a product and price structure that suits your unique needs. We'll share the details of the proposal with you in writing and in conversation and send you a contract to review. The easy-to-read legal contract outlines the specific terms and conditions of the product.
You will need to review our proposal and provide us with any questions or concerns. Once we agree to the terms you must sign and return the contract to GDF SUEZ Energy Resources NA via fax.
